The implemented system for tracking and reporting DLR and CDR is characterized by:

• intermediate transfer status e.g. ”Transferred to the Operator”, „Buffered with the Operator, waiting for delivery”
• re-polling on reports DLR in their absence
• transmission of additional information for status such as e.g. „Undelivered” - the reasons for the failure to deliver SMS to the recipient.

With this technology has managed to achieve 100% acceptance reports DLR for messages sent to operators.
